LuminaSpine Pro UK Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LuminaSpine, we believe that when you decide to stop waiting for the NHS and take control of your spinal health, you deserve clarity and transparency at every step. Our shipping process is designed to be honest and straightforward, with timelines that reflect real operational conditions.


1. Stock Availability Policy

Manchester-Based Fulfilment:
All LuminaSpine Pro belts are shipped from our Trafford Park warehouse in Manchester.

Live Stock System:
We aim to maintain accurate stock availability on our website. However, due to high demand and ongoing supply chain constraints, availability may fluctuate and impact fulfilment timelines.


2. Processing & Shipping Times (UK Only)

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Time:
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £4.95
  • Express Tracked Delivery: £8.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £60

All shipments are handled via Royal Mail tracked services.

Important Notice on Delivery Times:
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • High order volumes
  • Operational or logistical delays
  • Carrier-related issues

In certain circumstances, delivery times may extend beyond the stated estimates.


3. Order Tracking & Packaging

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment.

Discreet Packaging:
All orders are shipped in plain, durable packaging to ensure product protection and customer privacy. No LuminaSpine branding is visible on the exterior.


4. Damages in Transit

The LuminaSpine Pro is manufactured to high standards and carefully packaged. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Customers are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection promptly. Parcels returned due to non-collection may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


6. Production & Batch Availability

The LuminaSpine Pro is manufactured in limited batches of approximately 300 units per month.

Due to demand and production cycles, restocking may take 4–5 weeks once a batch is sold out.
