We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
4. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. 5. Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
For payment processing, we use MultiSafePay. We accept payments through the methods supported by MultiSafePay, which may include credit/debt cards and other local payment methods. By making a purchase, you consent to the processing of your payment data by MultiSafePay in accordance with their privacy policy.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) to our provided contacts. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Specific Return Conditions: Due to the clinical nature of the device and hygiene regulations, we are only able to accept returns on units that remain in their original, unopened packaging. Once the seal has been broken and the device has been used, our 90-day guarantee applies as described in our Return Policy, rather than the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for unused products.
7. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (LuminaSpine Pro)
Notwithstanding the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for unopened products, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for the LuminaSpine Pro product. If, after 90 days of consistent daily use, you have not noticed a meaningful change, we will refund the full amount. This guarantee applies specifically to used units that did not meet expectations and cannot be combined with the 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
